AI Real Estate Walkthrough Generator - Listing Photos to Video

Property Walkthrough takes the photographs you already have of a flat or a house - the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom, the bathroom - and glides through them as one unbroken gimbal shot: warm window light, a slow forward move from room to room, no cuts and nothing invented. The photos are reference images rather than a start frame, so the video is a tour of the actual property rather than of one the model made up.

What is an AI real estate walkthrough video?

It is a listing video made from still photographs instead of from footage: the camera glides forward through the rooms in one continuous take, the way a videographer with a gimbal would have walked them.

The photographs an agent already has are flat and static, and a carousel of them is the thing every listing has. A moving tour is what a buyer stops scrolling for, and until recently the only way to get one was a videographer, a gimbal and a day of editing.

How many photos do I need to upload?

Four: the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. All four are required, and any listing has them already.

The four are the beats the camera moves through, in that order. The entryway and the hallway between them are not slots - they are the connective tissue the model bridges, so nothing is asked of you that a listing does not already contain.

The photos travel as reference images rather than as a first frame. That is the difference between a tour of your property and a tour of a generated one: the model is held to the layout, the furniture, the materials and the colours in the pictures you gave it, in every room of the move.

Can I choose the style of the property?

Yes, and it is the only thing you choose. Modern, minimalist, luxury, Scandinavian, rustic or coastal, or type your own - a warehouse conversion, a penthouse, a beach house.

Everything else is written into the template: the gimbal move, the golden-hour window light, the shallow depth of field, the architectural-photography grade, the slight handheld float that stops the move feeling like a render, and the order the rooms arrive in.

How long can the walkthrough be, and does it cut?

Ten, fifteen, twenty or thirty seconds, and it never cuts. The whole clip is one continuous forward move.

Thirty seconds is the reason this niche runs on Seedance 2.5: it holds a single unbroken shot for that long with the light, the motion and the property intact from first frame to last, where other models have to be cut together. A walkthrough that cuts is a slideshow, so the length and the model are the same decision.

Does the video come with sound?

No, not by default. It renders silent so you can put your own music under it, which is what the listing accounts posting these actually do.

Sound can be turned on under Advanced and costs nothing extra. It is off by default because an empty apartment gives the model nothing diegetic to reach for, and what it reaches for instead is a narrator.

What does one walkthrough cost?

18 tokens for the default 15-second clip on Seedance 2.5 at 720p. Ten seconds is 12, twenty is 24 and thirty is 36.

Dropping to 480p under Advanced halves every one of those: 6 tokens at 10 seconds, 9 at 15, 12 at 20 and 18 at 30. The generate button always carries the number for the settings you have picked before anything is spent.

What format does it render in, and can I post it straight away?

A 9:16 vertical clip at 720p - already framed for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

It lands in your Creations, where you can publish it to TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, or download it and hand it to the agent or the host whose listing it is.
