How long can the source video be?

Between 10 seconds and 20 minutes, up to 2 GB, as MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV. Longer sources are refused up front rather than accepted and failed on.

How are the moments chosen?

The full transcript is read in overlapping windows and every candidate is scored for how well it stands alone as a short: a complete thought, a hook, a payoff. The ten highest are shown with their scores and a one-line reason.

What happens to my video afterwards?

It is deleted. Twenty-four hours after a run finishes, the uploaded video and its transcript are removed from storage. The clips you cut are yours and are not touched.
